[vtkusers] ActiViz | Changing Window Level and Window Width in a RenderWindowControl

Hi,

How can I change the WW, WL in a RenderWindowControl?

Zoom, pan and rotation works fine and seems it is embeeded into the
control, now, WL/WW seems is not there or at least I can't find the
keys/mouse combnination.
