[vtkusers] QVTKWidget and MacOS problems

Rich,

 I believe this has always been a problem (on Mac - possibly something to do with Retina screens ONLY?) as far as I’m aware. Certainly, if the VTK examples throw up errors without any amendment from the user… there is an underlying issue that needs to be looked at.
