[vtkusers] add pictures to examples on the VTK wiki?

Bernard,

Please feel free to add examples. Don't worry about the images. We
monitor the nightly examples dashboard and we will try to fix up any
issues. If you do add and example, please post to the users or
developers list so we can help clean up any issues.
