[vtkusers] How to attach a vtkBorderWidget to a vtkimageactor

Hi,

I am following the vtkBorderWidget example on this link [1], which works
fine, but when I zoom/pad, the border does not get interacted. Could
someone advise how to attach a vtkBorderWidget to an image actor?
