[vtkusers] Reslice+Users Transform

There's some news!

If I try to superimpose the output extent (reslice->SetOutputExtent) than I
can see a small piece of my volume. I try to catch the volume manually with
extent modification but actually I can't define the right extent. By the
way, this information it could be of any help? I suppose now that I have to
impose something relative to output space....but how? Thanks in advance to
everyone!
