[vtkusers] Volume extraction

It was the first case. ExtractVOI can clip a volume with (x_min, x_max,
y_min, y_max, z_min, z_max). I was looking for an extraction of a volume
according to the exact geometry (deformed) of the closed surface (mesh).
I'll try your suggestion!
