[vtkusers] Installing ParaView VR in 4.0

What SHA of ParaView you are using? Is this a source tar ball?  Also, Have
a look at here:
http://www.paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView_VR_in_4.<http://www.paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView_VR_in_4.0>

Let us know if this helps or if we should improve the documentation. If you
can tell us exact SHA / source, then we can try to reproduce this behavior.
