Hi Max

Are all the CT scans from the same series ? If not you will face problems.
The easiest way to found out is verify that all CT scan image files are of
the same size (i.e. 100KB etc'). If not group files with the same size to a
direcory and than forward this directory to the SetDirectoryName methode of
the vtkDICOMImageReader class
