[vtkusers] DICOM images to render volume

Hi Dear VTKers,
I'm still cannot render a volume from the DICOM images.
I was granted a permission to make the files public. It is 3 ct scans of a
phantom that i want each of them to render to a volume(still
unsuccessfully).
Can anyone please help?
