[vtkusers] Hide vtkImagePlaneWidgetOutlineActor

Hi there,

 

He have an instance of vtkImagePlaneWidget and we need to hide the outline
actor, but it's interface doesn't seem to allow that.

SetEnabled( 0 ) will actually hide the outline, but also the rest of the
widget, so it's not an option.

Any ideas?
