[vtkusers] Activiz 5.8 with VS2010

I also had some problems with Visual Studio 2010 and Activiz in the 
Designer. In my case the solution was to add the Path of the Binaries to 
the Path variable. Otherwise I was not able to use the 
RenderWindowControl within a own UserControl. My this could help you also!
