[vtkusers] Pixel value inside of a vtkvolume

Hi all,

                If I have a vtkvolume at world coordinate (100,100,100) and the volume is 500 (height) x 500 (width) x 500 (depth), is there a way to get the pixel value at a particular world coordinate (i.e... location (230, 110, 190)?
