[vtkusers] unable to open a Polydata (XMLpolyDataReader)

Hi Guys,

I get this error when i open this .vtp file. Before writing it using
XMLpolydatawriter, I created mapper->actor->renderer. And it perfectly shows
the data. But when i try to read the file and display it again it throws
this error.

My PolyData has : 

144 points
1052 Lines
4 IntArray added to PointData. That all.

What am I missing?
