[vtkusers] Hide/Make Cells Invisible in vtkpolydata

Thanks Alex,Petr,

I Tried using RGBA, but it does not help in my case. Since if suppose there
are 3 lines between two same points, setting RGBA only sets transparency of
the latest line drawn and other line below it are still not visible.

Alex, I  used extractpolydata to get what I need and display every time
based on user  input.
