[vtkusers] [Insight-users] Fwd: renWin->InitializeFromCurrentContext() ;

I don't know when will vtk6 be released. It has been in preparation for
quite some time now.

As renderer and renderWindow are among the main classes of vtk, I don't
think copying will work.
