[vtkusers] Python VTK 6.0.0

Hi,

I would like to know why you don't offer a compiled Python VTK version? For someone who is only using Python and usually don't use cmake and a compiler it's difficult and complicated to install the necessary software, compile VTK and so on. Qt e.g. offers the installable PyQt-packages. I would expect that it shouldn't be a problem for you to build comparable packages.
