[vtkusers] vtkDICOMImageReader failed in reading MPR CT sequences

Hey Zohar,

The assert is probably failing because the spacing in the z-direction is not
set properly. So check the vtkImageData object that you get from your
vtkDICOMImageReader to see if one of the spacings is set to zero. If so,
then you need to set this value to some sane value.
