[vtkusers] Unstructured Grid to Polygonal Mesh

You supposed to provide correct input to filter and pointer to reader is
definitely not what was expected.

There is nothing wrong with geometryFilter->
SetInputConnection(reader->GetOutputPort());
but I bet
geometryFilter->SetInput(reader->GetOutput() );
would work too.
