[vtkusers] multiply binary image by scalar

Hi vtk /itk users

I converted vtk mesh to binary image.using
itkTriangleMeshToBinaryImageFilte and wrote to a file as.mhd image.Now I
want to mulyiply this binary image by a scalar for eg.7. How can I do
this?Do I have to cast it into int.I am not sure.Can any body please help
me to do it.
