[vtkusers] Where is vtkImagePad class?

vtkImageReslice class Detailed Description, there is following comment: 
 
 Simple operations such as permutation, resampling and padding are done with
similar efficiently to the specialized vtkImagePermute

, vtkImageResample

  My vtk editon is 5.10.1. May I confirm where is this class for set Padding
value?
