[vtkusers] Disabling OSMesa in 6.0.0

If anyone's inclined, here's my CMakeCache.txt file:

I'd like to know what combination of settings might be causing this
incompatibility.
If it's not required I'd like to turn OSMESA off. I'm not seeing a switch
when running ccmake in advanced mode. Is there an undocumented way of doing
this?
