[vtkusers] 3D Algorithms in VTK

Hi All,

I'm involving in image processing ( face recognition/computer vision ). I
am using Opencv for implementing the 2D based algorithms. OpenCv has more
than 2500 implemented algorithms.
Now i am working on 3d algorithms. Is there any package like opencv for 3d
algorithms? Does VTK really help?
