[vtkusers] how to install vtk on a Mac?

Hi Seb,
Does the BUILD_SHARED_LIBS key determine if the libraries are dynamic or
not? It seems that I have 2 choices: 1) add the path or 2) build the
libraries the same way as in Linux and Windows.

I would like to hear your opinion.
