Hello there,,
I'm very beginner in cmake and the libraries(VTK ,itk and MITK )
and I have project ,, I have to do in this area 
can any body help me ???
*How to to detect tumors in human body by using ( itk , MITK, VTK  and
Cmake)*
How to link between them ?
What are the requirements should use?
What are the properties should set?
I built vtk and itk with cmake,, but something was wrong,,,
Is there tutorial to do that ?
