[vtkusers] Problem displaying vtkAxesTransformRepresentation

To reply my own answer: I had to call transformWidget.On(). That displays the
widget on mouse-over. But the representation leaves much to be desired. Is
someone working on a transform / translate / rotate / scale widget like in
Maya or 3ds Max? If so: let me know! I'm super interested ;)
