[vtkusers] Problem displaying vtkAxesTransformRepresentation

Hey all,

I try to display a vtkAxesTransformRepresentation, but no matter what I try
it doesn't seem to show up.
I've made a minimal example that shows a cone and should also show an axes
transform widget. Except that it doesn't. Does anyone here have experience
with vtkAxesTransformRepresentation and/or vtkAxesTransformWidget? Am I
missing something?
