[vtkusers] installing VTK 6.0 binaries on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with Visual Studio 2013

Hello

12 is the correct version of visual studio 2013; check this in the about
dialog in visual studio help menu.
I managed to compile it in windows 8, using visual studio 2013 in 64 bits,
my only suggestions would be

- be sure you are using the latest version of cmake
- use the latest source code from vtk, from the git repository
( http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Git )
