[vtkusers] convert a stack of dicom images to vti file

Hi,

I'm trying to convert a stack of images into a vti file so that I can show
in the RenderWindowControl (Activiz). How can I convert the stack into a
vti file? I searched and found somethig related to gdcm2vtk but I can't
find that file anywhere.
