[vtkusers] Specify two dependent graphics cards to two render windows.

Hi,
 I need to produce a large of 3D images. I have two graphics card. How to create two render windows, one specified to graphics card 1, the other specified to the other. So, the two renderwindow can produce images simultaneously.
