[vtkusers] QT build error

Dear list,

I am building VTK6 with QT4 on Ubuntu.

I receive the error message

/usr/include/qt4/QtDesigner/customwidget.h:45:34: fatal error:
QtDesigner/extension.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.

The file

extension.h

is in the same folder as

customwidget.h
