[vtkusers] Get surface points from a 3D binary mask

Hi,

   I have a 3D binary mask which is a segmentation result.

   I want to get surface points (not triangular patches)which can represent the contour of the mask and write these point sets into a *.vtp file.

   Could you please tell me some suggestion?
