[vtkusers] VTK 6.0 Specify Modules Using Visual Studio

I've just recently updated my code base to utilize VTK 6.0 and so far it seems to be working well.  One of the main benefits, from my standpoint, to upgrading to VTK 6.0 is to be able to utilize the new modular design.  However, I'm developing and building with Visual Studio 2008 and I don't currently see any documentation online regarding how to do this.  Indeed, even the examples on the Wiki page which use CMake still generate a VS solution which links in all VTK 6.0 library files.

Is there a way to specify only the modules you need if building with Visual Studio?  Or is it only possible when building with CMake?
