[vtkusers] Set VTKCamera intrinsics

Please keep the list cc'ed for these emails.

VTK's camera is opengl oriented.

Position, FocalPoint, ViewUp, and ViewAngle are the parameters. I'm not
sure how these map to camera intrinsics.
