[vtkusers] Tag a reconstructed surface by circle

Hello everybody , 

There is a  point cloud and  I  made a surface by using Powercrust.  Now , I need to tag some areas on this surface ,  I mean when I select  a point on surface by mouse  , It should  show a circle in another color  with a default radius around that point . 

I have no problem with picking procedure but I don't know how to draw a circle on pre-drawn  surface .
