[vtkusers] Fix one axis and move other 2 axis in a 3D plotting system

Hi,

I want to plot a 3D Plotting system(which already done).After that i 
want to fix one axis eg. fix x axis so that it cant move .But i should 
move Y and z axis. Please help me how can i do this?
