[vtkusers] Status of Python 3 wrapping support

Hi Marco,

Can you give your reasons for requiring Python 3?

I want to add Python 3 support, but I'm busy with other projects
that are much higher priority. So I will probably not add support for
Python 3 until it becomes the primary python shipped with OS X
(because OS X is the platform that I'm developing products on these
days). The latest release of OS X still uses python 2.7.

When the time comes, I'll require a lot of help to convert all of the
VTK python tests and examples so that they are compatible with
both python 2 and python 3.
