[vtkusers] VTK on VirtualBox

When I try to run my program, I get output window flooded with following
warning:
Warning: In .\vtkShaderProgram2.cxx, line 382
vtkShaderProgram2 (0A32F738): another program was used (id=35725), our id
is8.

If I disable 3D acceleration I get an error:
ERROR: In .\vtkOpenGLGPUVolumeRayCastMapper.cxx, line 4014
vtkOpenGLGPUVolumeRayCastMapper (0B1E96F0): Rendering failed because the
following OpenGL extensions are required but not supported: OpenGL 1.3 is
required but not supported

Polygonal rendering works fine even without 3D acceleration enabled, but
volume rendering fails either way.

I use virtual box 4.1.20 r80170 (the latest), WinXP with no updates,
VS2008SP1.
Libraries: ITK4, vtk-5.8.0, qt-4.7.1

Having written this, I realized I should change to less advanced volume
renderer, because VM's graphics driver is not advanced enough. What should
I use instead of vtkGPUVolumeRayCastMapper?
