[vtkusers] VTK on VirtualBox

In general VTK works fine through virtualization. We use it at Kitware
to test ParaView and VTK releases on different vanilla windows clients
for example.
In the past when I've set up virtualized dashboards I did notice
issues like Kirstin says regarding video drivers. In my case this was
osx10.4/5 -> parallels -> vista/ubuntu.
Speed can suffer a bit too (including compilation time) but not nearly
as much as you might expect, and that gets better every time I go back
and try with new releases.
If you run into specific problems please share with the list.
