[vtkusers] Latest nightly build: QT

Please keep on list...

If is difficult, but not impossible, to build VTK apps without CMake.

VTK6 has over 100 libraries. I suspect you are missing vtkRendering/OpenGL
needed for VTK6's factory mechanism.
