[vtkusers] How to use vtkLookuptable in volume rendering

Hi David
 I need to render a volume using vtkLookupTable. I have tried rendering it with colorTransferFunction and it did work.
 But the main requirement is to render the volume with vtkLookupTable. I tried rendering the volume with vtkLookupTable also but the volume is rendered in gray scale
Please suggest how to use vtkLookupTable in volume rendering.
