[vtkusers] Latest nightly build

Hi all,

                I just got the latest nightly build to try in my application (there's a bug fix that I need).  The build worked fine, but when I try to use it in my application, I get an error that the vtkTDxConfigure.h file is not found.  This doesn't seem to be in the install directory (after doing the build).  I saw some references about turning on the VTK_USE_TDX flag, but that causes some failures in the compile.
