[vtkusers] Boolean operations with tubeFilters partially hide geometry

You just have to replace the current vtkImplicitPolyDataDistance files with mine and recompile VTK.
Note that the result is not perfect since it increases the computation time for big meshes. Anyway, it works.
I'm hoping that some of the initial developers will come back to this bug and find a better solution.

I am trying to figure out if your vtkImplicitPolyDataDistance class contribution would help me somehow solve the issue.
Would you be able to post some simple example on how to use it?
