[vtkusers] Keep internal faces in vtkGeometryFilter

Hi everybody,

for a project of mines I need the GeometryFilter to keep even the internal
faces of an unstructured grid. This is currently not possible.
I looked into the code and it doesn't seem hard to me to add a flag and
allow this behavior.

Is there any design matter that should disencourage me to make a patch for
that?
Maybe something i didn't see...
