[vtkusers] SRAD filter in vtk c++

Hello everyone,

I wonder if any of you know if the SRAD filter (Speckle Reducing
Anisotropic Diffusion) is already implemented in vtk or if anybody has some
guide code on how could it be developed. I found the common annisotropic
difussion 2D and 3D, but what i'm trying to reduce now is speckle noise so
i'd like to have another option besides the median filter. I need to work
with 2D and 3D data set.

Any help 'd be much apreciated, thx in advance.
