[vtkusers] Displaying series of DIOCM images read from a single buffer

Hi Kiran,

There are some examples for vtk-MFC interface under the VTK source tree 
- src/Examples/GUI/Win32. You can look at them and write a custom VTK 
reader to read your buffer into MFC-Picture controls.
