[vtkusers] vtkImageSlice problem

Hi Erol,

The vtkImageSlice class is new in VTK 5.10, which was released on
May 16th.  So your VTK probably does not have it.  If you are working
with ActiViz you will have to wait a bit longer, because ActiViz is not
available for VTK 5.10 yet, and there is no date set for its release.
