[vtkusers] Enable/Disable a vtkSphereWidget

[C P]

I've tried this -- it doesn't do what I want: the widget doesn't appear
(although I am calling PlaceWidget(), etc...).
I still have to press "i". There should be a method to put the interactor
in the right mode, what basically happens
by pressing "i". Any ideas?
