This code is still much much much too complicated for a test case. It
is your responsibility as the person who is asking the question to
make it as simple as possible for nice people (volunteers) on the list
to help you. You have more lines of include statements than are
necessary to demonstrate the whole problem! As I mentioned before, you
can remove the visualization entirely from the code and still produce
the error you are seeing. You should hard code values to reproduce the
situation so that you can produce the error without actually having to
show the code that is getting you to that situation.
