[vtkusers] vtkImageViewer2 display quality and sizes

Hello,

I try to display a DICOM image on a QT project, placing the vtkImageViewer2 inside a QVTKWidget. First time I tried, I resort to a simple vtkImageViewer witch works good: it display the slice very well and fit the widget. Then, I discover the vtkImageViewer2 slice manipulation features and I switched to it. 
The result is not at the same quality level: image doesn't fit the inner widget anymore and the quality is worst than before... what's happening?
