I was hoping to push release candidate 1 out today. However we noticed
a bug last night in 5.10/11, so I am waiting for the patch for that to
be finalized before I get 5.10.0_RC1 out. Once that comes out there
may or may not be additional release candidates before 5.10.0 is
officially blessed and released.

In the meantime, you can alway checkout the release branch to get what
will become 5.10.
